You know Brett some of what your saying about some water ways not going down street shouldn't matter, but should that be the route we want to take? Polluting any waterway that may lead to no where, still presents a problem to the enviorment if people are dumping chemicals or other garbage into them. These water areas could still harm humans or animals, and the cleanup would fall on the county or state unless they catch those responsible for polluting them. The clean water act has made great strides in not only cleaning up our lakes, and rivers, but also our streams and ponds. Enforcement needs to continue no matter what some people think about a body of water, and the bill does have its merits.
