Grove City man enters plea for role in high-speed chase with officers

WILLMAR — Brandon Dale Whitcomb, 24, of Grove City, pleaded guilty Monday to a felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle for a Aug. 25 high-speed motorcycle chase that started in Willmar.
