Concordia’s Neumann earns All-America

Tony Neumann, a Concordia junior from Willmar, became the first Cobber wrestler in eight years to earn NCAA Division III All-America honors when he placed eighth at the national meet in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Saturday.
