Blom taken into custody around 2 p.m. at Grove City home

GROVE CITY — Law enforcement officers took Devin Delbert Donald Blom, 21, of St. Cloud and formerly of Cosmos, into custody around 2 p.m. today at the same rural Grove City home where a search warrant was executed Tuesday afternoon.
