WILLMAR — Chase John Hodapp, 20, of Willmar, pleaded guilty Wednesday to two felony charges of theft in Meeker County for stealing a trailer and an all-terrain vehicle in the Watkins area during a two-week crime spree last spring that included stealing, burning and crashing vehicles and setting fire to an occupied Willmar residence.
