WILLMAR — The record high temperature section of the weather books is continuing to be rewritten, including up north in International Falls. According to the Duluth News Tribune, the mercury reached a record of 75 degrees in the northern Minnesota city Saturday afternoon. That was a full 20 degrees above the previous record, set in 1968.
