WILLMAR — Hector Manuel Osorio Jr., 32, of Willmar, was sentenced Monday to 41 months in prison and a $1,000 fine on a felony charge of second-degree drug sale for selling 3.9 grams of methamphetamine to an undercover CEE-VI agent in August 2011.
