Tickets were distributed to six area grade schools, Willmar Area Food Shelf, various day care centers, West Central Industries, Arc of Kandiyohi County, Heartland Express, Lutheran Social Service, United Way, Cardinal Place and the Community Ed and Rec as well as other groups. Profits from the sale of tickets help fund the Optimist cross-country meet, the Optimist track meet, a high school scholarship and various youth-oriented groups and causes.
