Woman seriously injured in head-on crash on Highway 23 south of Granite Falls 
GRANITE FALLS — A 51-year-old Hanley Falls woman was airlifted to the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis for injuries she suffered in a head-on collision at 10:52 a.m. today on Minnesota Highway 23 about six miles south of Granite Falls, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
