WILLMAR — According to the Minnesota State Patrol, there have been 94 crashes, eight with injuries between 5 and 10 a.m. statewide in this winter storm.

Statewide DWI crackdown nets 2,573 arrests, 21 in Kandiyohi Co., Minn.
