Paynesville. Minn., man arrested, Belgrade resident to hospital after crash 
PAYNESVILLE — A 39-year-old Paynesville man was arrested on charges of criminal vehicular operation and driving while impaired and a 36-year-old Belgrade man was taken to St. Cloud Hospital after a two-vehicle crash around 8:20 p.m. Monday east of Paynesville.
