Kandiyohi County, Minn., commissioners meet Tuesday 
WILLMAR — The Kandiyohi County Commissioners will hear an update on the Central Minnesota Jobs and Training program when they meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday for their regular board meeting. Barb Chaffee, executive director of the jobs program, will also present a joint powers agreement for the board to approve.
