Ryan Haines, 15, an Eagle Scout from Willmar Pack 432 finishes up work on his Eagle Scout project of building three raised gardens for the community garden near the Willmar Community Center on Saturday. Haines began work on his project in May and has worked on it through the summer with help from 15 collaborators.
