Most of Minnesota and neighboring Wisconsin is under some kind of weather warning Wednesday, as shown in this image from the National Weather Service website. Areas in pink are under an excessive heat warning, and areas in brown are under an excessive heat watch. The orange area is under a heat advisory. Green areas, like the one near Brainerd, are observing a flood warning.
