Property damage

SPICER — Numerous reports of property damage were reported Sunday morning in the 11800, 11900 and 12000 blocks of North Shore Drive. The reports included 10 damaged mailboxes and several complaints of damage to flowers.


WILLMAR — A cell phone was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at the Holiday Inn and Willmar Conference Center. The theft was reported at 9:21 a.m. Sunday.


WILLMAR — A 26-year-old Spicer woman was arrested shortly before midnight Friday following a foot pursuit that began in the 800 block of Litchfield Avenue. The woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also faces charges of fleeing a peace officer, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

LAKE LILLIAN – A 33-year-old Lake Lillian man was arrested at about 9 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Second Street East in Lake Lillian. He faces charges of second-degree assault and domestic assault.


WILLMAR — The Willmar Fire Department was called to a fire in the 300 block of 17th Street Northwest at 10 a.m. Sunday.

Property owners were home when the fire started and reported smelling a strong electrical smell in the area of the home’s kitchen before the home filled with smoke. According to the initial complaint report, an air conditioning unit was running in the area where the first started.
