WILLMAR — Damage to the door of an apartment was reported around 1:15 p.m. Monday along the 1200 block of 24th Street Northwest.


LAKE LILLIAN — A burglary and the theft of a television was reported around 12:45 p.m. Monday along Woodlawn Avenue.

WILLMAR — A burglary was reported around 12:25 a.m. Monday along the 700 block of Fifth Street Southwest.

WILLMAR — A burglary was reported around 12:20 p.m. Sunday along the 100 block of 25th Street Southeast.


WILLMAR — A 23-year-old man was arrested on charges of shoplifting and fleeing a peace officer on foot around 1:40 p.m. Sunday at the Kandi Mall, 1605 First St. S.


BELGRADE — The theft of a camera was reported around 12:10 p.m. Monday along the 2900 block of 107th Street Northeast.

NEW LONDON — The theft of tools was reported around 8 a.m. Monday along the 8000 block of Riverwood Circle.

Kandiyohi County

n Ruby Tello, 27, of Willmar, made her first appearance Monday on two felony charges of domestic and fifth-degree assault.

Unconditional bail was set at $20,000. Her next appearance is Jan. 2.

According to the complaint, a Willmar Police officer and a Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s deputy were called around 1:30 a.m. Saturday to a home in the southwest quadrant of the city regarding a domestic assault. The officers found Tello, who was obviously intoxicated. She refused to speak to officers. A woman there reported that Tello had started a fight with her and had punched her in the face with a closed fist.

Tello has prior convictions, for fourth- and fifth-degree assault in September 2011.
