PEQUOT LAKES -- Robert 'Bob' Kidrowski, 83, of Pequot Lakes, formerly of the Willmar area, died Thursday at Bethany Good Samaritan Village in Brainerd.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Alice Catholic Church in Pequot Lakes. Burial will be at the Pequot Lakes Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Kline Funeral Home in Pine River and from 9:30 a.m. to the time of the service Tuesday at the church.
He was born Jan. 10, 1923, in Verndale to Felix and Helen (Rudnick) Kidrowski. He grew up, attended school and farmed in the Willmar area.
He married Dorothy Steffl on June 2, 1964, in Clement. They lived in Rochester. He worked for the water treatment plant for 20 years. They owned Loon Lake Tavern & Resort near Pequot Lakes from 1977 to 2001.
He is survived by his wife; children: Jack Kidrowski of Pequot Lakes, Bobby Kidrowski of Bloomington, Wayne Kidrowski of Brooklyn, Iowa, Fred (and Colleen) McCall of Mantorville, Renee (and Roger) Smeby of Lakeshore, Cheryl Kidrowski of Plainview, Mary (and Vince) Anderson of New Port Richie, Fla., Carolyn (and Pete) Jorland of Grand Rapids; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two brothers: Harry Kidrowski and Tony Kidrowski, both of Willmar.
He was preceded in death by his first wife: Giovanni; one brother and one sister.
