Kelly J. Duininck Nov. 12, 1966 - April 22, 2008
BROKEN ARROW, Okla. -- Kelly J. Duininck, 41, of Broken Arrow, Okla., formerly of Willmar and Prinsburg, died Tuesday at Southcrest Hospital in Tulsa, Okla.
The service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Rhema Bible Church Chapel in Broken Arrow, Okla. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa.
Hayhurst Funeral Home of Broken Arrow, Okla., is handling arrangements.

He was born Nov. 12, 1966, in Willmar to Willis and Joan (Venema) Duininck. He graduated from Central Christian High School in Prinsburg. He received his bachelor's degree in business from Bethel College in St. Paul in 1989 and graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1991.
He was ordained with Rhema Ministerial Association International and was president and founder of Rhema Bible Training Center South Pacific in Apia, Samoa. He trained ministers from more than 20 nations.
He married Pattie Moran on June 2, 1990, in West Haven, Conn.
He is survived by his wife; daughter: Anna Duininck and son: Willem Duininck, all of Broken Arrow; his parents of Rapids City, S.D.; and three brothers: Guy Duininck of Tulsa, Okla., Mitch (and Leah) Duininck of Tulsa, and Joe (and Amy) Duininck of Tulsa.
