Editorial: Vote yes on five school levy issues
Four area school districts have levy referendums on the Nov. 4 ballot.
We believe the school districts' citizens should vote "yes" on each to invest in their children and their futures.
- Litchfield is seeking an additional $301.51 per student for 10 years.
- New London-Spicer is seeking an additional $597 per student for 7 years.
- MACCRAY is seeking an additional $500 per student for 10 years.
- Willmar is seeking two levies: the first for an additional $201.51 per student for 10 years and the second for an additional $374.26 per student for 10 years.
All five issues are to meet the district's operating expenses.
The West Central Tribune encourages voters to vote yes on their school levies.
