WILLMAR -- A 24-year-old man, who was stopped Sunday evening for having a broken taillight, was arrested on charges of aggravated forgery, forgery, identification theft and not having a Minnesota driver's license.

The incident happened at 8:53 p.m. in the 300 block of Second Street Southeast. When stopped by a Willmar police officer, the individual failed to produce a driver's license but provided an employment ID card. When he signed jail forms, he used that same name. However, when he was asked to write the name that appeared on his birth certificate, he signed with a different name.

Police are also investigating whether the individual had worked using a third name.

WILLMAR -- A 40-year-old woman was arrested Monday afternoon at Rice Memorial Hospital after hospital staff called police to assist them with handling an out-of-control individual. The woman was arrested on charges of assault, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and making terroristic threats.

WILLMAR -- A spoiler from a 1997 Dodge Avenger was reported stolen at 12:03 p.m. Monday from the parking lot at Best Buy.
