Vote on funding bill fails in Senate, virtually assuring government shutdown

Water over Highway 75 at location three miles south of Madison

WILLMAR -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation advises motorists to travel with caution on Highway 75 due to water over the highway at a location three miles south of Madison.

Twenty-four flagging operations will guide motorists through the area. Message boards and barrels with flashing lights also in place.

Mn/DOT will continue to monitor the water level.

No closure of Highway 75 is anticipated at this time; however, flooding is difficult to predict and roads may be closed or restricted without warning. Motorists are advised to check road conditions in advance of travel.
