Figure skaters perform this weekend in Willmar, Minn.

Cleo Kilpatrick, left, and Natalie Gleason are two of more than 30 skaters taking to the ice this weekend at the Diamond Edge Figure Skating Club performs its annual show at the Willmar Civic Center Arena. Shows are set for 7 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday.

The Diamond Edge figure skaters present "SK8 Radio" at 7 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday at the Willmar Civic Center.

The annual figure skating show will have a radio music variety theme and features nearly six dozen skaters from the Willmar region. The skaters range in age from 4 to 18, and from beginner through advanced levels.

Seven club skaters will perform solo skates along with Caryn Kadavy and Daniel Kulenkamp, the guest skaters from the Twin Cities area.

The show will feature the different genres of music as heard on the radio. The easy listening section will feature soloist Kelsey Rieschl skating to "Strong Enough to Save" by Tenth Avenue North, as well as a number of other group skating selections, and guest skater Caryn Kadavy skating to "Without You" by the Glee cast.

Soloist Sydney Fischer will skate to "Ever After" by Carrie Underwood in the country music section.

The pop section will feature soloist Audrey Naber skating to "Someday We'll Know" by Mandy Moore and Jonathan Foreman. Guest skater Daniel Kulenkamp will skate to "I Like How it Feels" by Enrique Iglesias.

The BBC World section will have soloist Holly Kidrowski skating to "La Isla Bonita" by Madonna. There will also be a dance selection to "Irish Highland" by Celtic Mystique.

Following the intermission, Kulenkamp will skate to "Magic Medley" in the Oldies But Goodies section, and soloist Rachel Schmidt will skate to "I've Got the World on a String" by Frank Sinatra.

The rock-n-roll section will have soloist Jayde Kalkbrenner skating to "Footloose" by Kenny Loggins.

Kadavy will skate to "The Living Proof" by Mary Jane Blige in the classic music section and soloist Samantha Borka will skate to "Don't Give Up" by Josh Groban.

Following more than 30 skating numbers, the program will conclude with a finale. Melanie Eckhart will emcee the program.

Advance sale tickets are available from any Diamond Edge skater, or at Cash Wise and Cub Foods in Willmar. Adult admission is $10 in advance, $12 at the door. Youth tickets for ages 4 through 18 are $5 in advance and $7 at the door.
