Board members for the Bluenose Gopher Brewery launched a capital campaign to make it the region's first craft brewery based on the cooperative model. The brewery will be located along the Minnesota River in Granite Falls, hometown of the late Andrew Volstead, remembered for his legislation making farmer cooperatives possible and prohibition.
