Car rolls over woman's leg

WILLMAR — A woman was injured Wednesday afternoon when a vehicle rolled over her ankle and leg.

According to the police report, a 2011 GMC Acadia was parked in the 600 block of 28th Avenue Southwest when it came out of gear and began rolling down the driveway.

Pamela Gjerde, 66, of Sunburg, attempted to stop the vehicle, however she fell in the driveway and the vehicle rolled over her ankle and leg.

The ambulance service was called to the scene.

Vandalism

WILLMAR — A man was reported to have kicked and damaged a door at a home in the 500 block of 16th Street Southwest Wednesday night. The landlord intends to file charges, according to the police report.

Theft

NEW LONDON — An individual reported the theft of koi fish Wednesday night from a residence in the 6000 block of 165th Avenue Northwest.

Fraud

SUNBURG — An individual in the 13000 block of 225th Avenue Northwest told the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office Thursday morning he was the victim of fraud after giving a Social Security number and credit card number to a caller who claimed to be from Dish Network. After the call, a $1 charge from a "fake company" showed up on the credit card, according to the police report.
