When Roosevelt Elementary Principal Lori Lockhart bet first-graders in Amber Erickson’s classroom at the start of the school year that they couldn’t read 100 books, she had no idea it would come to this.

Kiss a pig!

That’s the payoff the class came up with after they exceeded that goal.

Principal Lockhart settled up Wednesday morning in the school’s front parking lot to the delight of the class.
