Aaron Backman of Willmar and members of the Highway 23 Coalition met Wednesday with State Rep. Dave Baker, R-Willmar, and Minnesota Department of Transportation Commisioner Charlie Zelle to discuss the important of closing the two two-lane gaps on Minnesota Highway 23. Backman is the executive director of the Kandiyohi County and City of Willmar Economic Development Commission.

The service is free and "easy to sign up for."
