Property damage

WILLMAR — Damage to a vehicle window was reported around 5:30 a.m. Monday along the 400 block of 10th Street Southwest.


WILLMAR — The theft of money was reported around 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Kandi Mall, 1605 First St. S.

District Court, Kandiyohi County

-Martin Gregorio Munoz, 25, of Pennock, made his first appearance Monday on a felony charge for bringing contraband articles into the county jail.

Unconditional bail was set at $10,000. His next appearance is April 7.

He also faces a misdemeanor charge for possession of synthetic cannabinoid and a petty misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the complaint, a CEE-VI Drug Task Force agent was called on Jan. 31 to the Kandiyohi County Jail after suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located in a jail cell occupied by Munoz. The items were a makeshift drug-smoking device. The contents of the device tested positive as synthetic cannabinoid.

Munoz allegedly admitting that he had had the items in his cell for a couple of weeks. He submitted to a urinalysis, which was positive for synthetic marijuana.
