Teen cited after Monday crash at Highway 71, County Road 10

SPICER — An Willmar teen was cited for failure to use due care after a two-vehicle crash around 5 p.m. Monday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Kandiyohi County Road 10.

According to the State Patrol, a southbound vehicle, driven by Joan Ball, 68, of Surprise, Ariz., was in the process of slowing to make a left turn and proceed east when her vehicle was struck by another southbound vehicle that was driven by Becca Dahlseid, 18, of Willmar.

No life-threatening injuries were reported in the crash.

Property damage

WILLMAR — Graffiti was reported around 5 p.m. Monday at the Kandiyohi County Fairgrounds, 901 Seventh St. N.W.

WILLMAR — Graffiti on buildings was reported around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday along the 400 block of Benson Avenue Southeast.


WILLMAR — A burglary was reported around 9:25 p.m. Monday along the 300 block of Litchfield Avenue Southeast.

SPICER — A burglary was reported around 5:25 p.m. Monday along the 200 block of South Street.
