Women injured in assault at club in Willmar
WILLMAR -- Police are seeking a woman believed to 19 years old who assaulted two women at the Caribbean Club in Willmar in what appears to have been an unprovoked attack.
According to the initial report, the suspect apparently used a shoe and caused injuries requiring medical care when she assaulted the two siblings at 12:30 a.m. Saturday at the establishment at 1108 N. Business 71 in Willmar
The victims, ages 29 and 24, were transported by a private party. It's believed they were initially treated at Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar and subsequently transferred to a St. Cloud hospital for care.
The suspect is described as a Latino female, skinny build with dark hair, with piercings in her lips and a large tattoo on her upper left arm.
The victims told police they did not know the suspect and did not know what provoked the attack.
