WILLMAR—The public will have a chance to ask questions at a community forum next week on a proposed partnership by Affiliated Community Medical Centers, Rice Memorial Hospital and CentraCare Health.

The forum is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 5 at the Willmar Conference Center.

Chief executives from all three organizations will be on hand to present information about the proposed integration, answer questions and respond to public feedback. The discussion will be moderated by Ken Warner, president of the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce.

ACMC and Rice have proposed forming a new entity to deliver health care to the region as a subsidiary of CentraCare Health. Negotiations have been underway since May.
