New LED lights are lit Monday evening in Spicer. There are 51 poles down state Highway 23 that now have the light emitting-diode lights that were installed as part of a citywide retrofit.

Equipment is in place, ready to begin work at the Willmar Destination Playground site at Robbins Island Park in Willmar. The site needs to be graded and drainage installed before the actual playground goes up in May.
