Cars pass the intersection Tuesday of 19th Avenue Southwest (which is also Kandiyohi County Road 15) and Kandiyohi County Road 5 in west Willmar. The Kandiyohi County Board is undertaking a traffic study of the location as it considers an interim option for the main north-south corridor between state Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 12 when the railroad bypass is built.
