Cars pass the intersection Tuesday of 19th Avenue Southwest (which is also Kandiyohi County Road 15) and Kandiyohi County Road 5 in west Willmar. The Kandiyohi County Board is undertaking a traffic study of the location as it considers an interim option for the main north-south corridor between state Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 12 when the railroad bypass is built.

Recent work that has already been updated includes new flooring in the basketball gym, new HVAC systems and maintenance in the shooting range downstairs. Updates that still need to be done includes fixing water damage and tuck-pointing the outside of the building.
