Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Corporal Jason Keith gives a dollar and coupons Tuesday to Jill Ulferts at Hardee's as part of the Buckle Up for a Buck event. Law enforcement officers and EMTs at various restaurants handed out coupons and a dollar to customers who were wearing their seat belts.
