Ted Thull, shown in this 2016 file photo in Granite Falls, started building his dream home in 2000 but found himself over his head and in financial difficulties before he could complete it. The state Court of Appeals has upheld a district court order sought by the city of Granite Falls ordering the structure to be razed.
