Leading Democrats for Minn. gov hit debate circuit
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- The three leading Democrats angling for their party's nomination for governor are sharing a stage.
Mark Dayton, Matt Entenza and Margaret Anderson Kelliher are to appear today before the Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Social Workers for a candidate forum. Independence Party endorsed candidate Tom Horner was also scheduled to be there.
Democrats won't know their candidate until after the Aug. 10 primary.
Republicans have endorsed Tom Emmer, a state representative, who has a relatively smooth path to the nomination. Emmer wasn't due to appear at today's forum.
