Skydive Fargo jumpers set records in 3 states

FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- Jumpers from Skydive Fargo are putting their names in the record books.

Jumpers have set a total of six records in three states since June 9.

The records include Minnesota's largest formation, a ring of 12 people gripping hands; highest altitude in North Dakota, at 16,500 feet; and largest female head-down dive in Nebraska, with four jumpers.

The achievements are considered official because the United States Parachute Association began keeping track of records three years ago.
