Barbara D. Gravley 79 of Elk River formerly of New London died Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Unity Hospital in Fridley. Her memorial service will be held 11:00 am Monday, October 2, 2017, at Peace Lutheran Church in New London. Burial will be at Lebanon Cemetery in New London. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Services are entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home in New London. Barbara Deanne Gravley was born on September 27, 1938, in New London, MN to Floyd and Merecedes (Monson) Dilley. She graduated from New London High School in 1956. Barb married Roger Gravley on May 25, 1957. This union was blessed with two children - Jill and Thomas (Tom). They made their home in New London until 2016, when they moved to Elk River. Barb served as secretary at Peace Lutheran Church for over 20 years. She also owned and operated a ceramic shop "The Brush Works" in New London. Barb was a woman of great faith. She loved spending time with her family, playing video games and cards.

Jesus called Barbara D. Gravley to her heavenly home on Thursday, Sept. 28. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Roger; daughter: Jill (Tim) Stephens of Big Lake; son Tom of Dayton; grandchildren: Zach Stephens of Ramsey and Mikaela Stephens of Big Lake; several sister and brother-in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews. Barb was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Mercedes Dilley.
