St. Peter 4

St. Peter stranded two base runners in the ninth after striking out and flying out to start out the inning. Brad Gass induced a flyout to center after the Saints had three straight batters reach base to collect the save in starter Shawn Dollerschell’s win.

Ben Maiers and Dylan Gass, Bird Island’s top two hitters in the lineup, had three hits each. Gass, along with Mark Neubauer and Logan Swan, supported Dollerschell with RBI singles.
