Sacred Heart whips Willmar Rails

SACRED HEART -- Ryan Hebrink went 3-for-5 with a two-run homer in the seventh inning as Sacred Heart whipped Willmar 7-3 in Cornbelt League amateur baseball action on Wednesday.

With the game tied 2-2, Sacred Heart took the lead for good with a pair of runs in the bottom of the sixth, then added two more in the seventh and another in the eighth.

Sacred Heart finished with 11 hits off Willmar pitchers George Jacobson and Darin Ditterich.

Hebrink finished 3-for-5. Mike Kushel was 3-for-4. Hinderks was for-4.

Hinderks scattered seven hits in earning the win. He gave up two earned runs. He walked two and struck out eight.

Josh Dahlke singled and tripled in three trips for the Rails. Willmar finished with seven hits.

Jacobson started on the mound for Willmar. He hurled five innings and was touched for six hits and four runs. Ditterich gave up three hits and three runs in three innings.
