NEW LONDON -- Kimball/Eden Valley-Watkins sophomore Erin Dingmann shot a one-under 35 on Little Crow Country Club's Oaks course and finished up with a 45 on the Willow course to win the New London-Spicer Invitational Friday by two strokes over Laura Hintzen of Sauk Centre.

Glencoe-Silver Lake captured the team title, shooting a 394.

New London-Spicer placed fourth at 420 led Heather Hawkinson with a 98. Willmar was fifth at 422 with Raelin Setrum shooting a 95.

Amy Knutson's 99 paced seventh-place Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa.

Dingmann, who has not finished out of first this season, scored an eagle and two birdies in her opening nine holes.
