Spaniel national championships in Benson

The Club Epagneul Breton of the United States is hosting the club’s national French Brittany Spaniel championships in Benson starting today through Saturday. Most of the top competition in the U.S. will be competing in the event.

The CEB-US is a UKC sanctioned club. The Epagneul Bretons (French Brittany Spaniel) dogs originated from Europe and have been in existence over 100 years.

There will be approximately 75 competitors.

The event will consist of three days of field trials near Swift Falls and Clontarf. The National Championship dog show will be held in the Benson Armory on Saturday. The event is open to the public to view. The dog show will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
