Girls Golf Roundup: Willmar 8th at CLC meet

FERGUS FALLS — Alexandria won its second straight Central Lakes Conference meet Thursday while Willmar came in eighth.

Raelin Setrum’s 87 paced Willmar, which also had Megan Iiams fire a 90. The Cardinals were also eighth in the CLC opener on Monday.

Willmar is at the Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Invite today. The next CLC meet is Monday at Alexandria.

Kennedy Sommerfeld, the Dragons’ sophomore No. 1, filed a 39 at Lakeview Golf Course tying with Waconia sophomore Meagan Rachey for medalist.
