United wrestlers lose Class AA quarterfinal, move to face Totino-Grace in consolation semi-final

ST. PAUL - The Dawson-Boyd/Lac qui Parle Valley/Montevideo United wrestling team lost 46-12 to Simley Thurday morning in the quarterfinal match in the Class AA State Wrestling Tournament at the Xcel Energy Center.

United (28-5) now moves on to a 1 p.m. match against Totino-Grace (16-6) in the consolation semi-finals. Totino-Grace lost 32-25 in its quarterfinal match to Kasson-Mantorville.

Simley (24-3) moves on to a 1 p.m. semi-final matchup against Kasson-Mantorville (24-6).
