Prep Volleyball: Wildcats notch first win of season

NEW LONDON - Paige Olson logged 43 set assists as New London-Spicer battled back to earn its first win of the season, a 3-2 victory over Albany on Thursday at NLS High School.

The Wildcats dropped the first set and battled to a 26-24 second set victory and won sets four and five 25-20 and 16-14.

The Wildcats Payton Mages had a team-high 17 kills and Ashlyn Olson had 13.
