Volunteers with the Willmar chapter of Let's Go fishing host Bethesda Daybreak residents on an outing in June. The local volunteers hosted more than 2,000 guests in 2017, a record season.

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has added Willmar Lake to its draft list of impaired water bodies in the state. The designation may aid efforts to improve water quality in the Willmar Chain of Lakes, shown above, including Foot, Willmar, Swan and Skataas.
