An old building plan proposal curls from water damage in October when multiple documents were destroyed by a water leak at the Willmar City Offices. The city is considering a project in 2018 to build a new city hall.

Recent work that has already been updated includes new flooring in the basketball gym, new HVAC systems and maintenance in the shooting range downstairs. Updates that still need to be done includes fixing water damage and tuck-pointing the outside of the building.
