Brent Olson is an accomplished author, farmer and Big Stone County Commissioner, and more recently, a Bush Fellow who has devoted four years of early morning hours as a short order cook at the Inadvertent Cafe. He wants the Clinton cafe and its community kitchen to serve as the model for a local foods and value-added processing economy in rural communities.
