Winds stir blinding clouds of dust Tuesday as a Terragator applicator equipped with a Soilection Four Bin unit applies fertilizer in a field along Minnesota Highway 40 west of Willmar. Blowing southeast at 26 mph and gusting to 31 mph, according the National Weather Service, winds will continue with the same force today, but the dust should be abated.
