Fishing licenses expire Friday in Minn.
ST. PAUL -- Minnesota fishing licenses expire Friday. The Department of Natural Resources reports that 2014 licenses that take effect Saturday are on sale. Ice shelter permits for 2013 remain effective through April 30.
